Ana L. Nogales, Ph.D., Q.M.E.

Dr. Nogales earned her Masters Degree in psychology from the John F. Kennedy University in Buenos Aires, Argentina and her PhD at the United States International University in San Diego, California. She is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and the American Board of Psychological Specialties with a Forensic Specialty. Dr. Nogales is also a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners. She is founder and executive director of Casa de la Famila, a non-profit organization that specializes in helping victims of physical and sexual abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking and crime. Dr. Nogales, in addition to being a QME, has a private practice that specializes in Post Traumatic Stress Disorders and Forensic Psychology. She has authored nine publications including “Psychological Injured Hispanic Workers” for the American College of Forensic Psychology. Dr. Nogales was awarded the Victim Advocacy Lifetime Achievement award by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, California.
