Dr. Ralph Lissaur, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a member of the California Bar. He has been a Qualified Medical Examiner since 2011. Dr. Lissaur earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He also has a M.B.A. from the University of Arizona. He is presently a staff psychiatrist at the County of Riverside, Department of Mental Health and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, Riverside, School of Medicine. Dr. Lissaur held the position of Chief Psychiatrist at the California Department of Corrections and rehabilitation, Pleasant Valley State prison, where he practiced for ten years. Dr. Lissaur is a Fellow of the American college of Legal Medicine. He is in private practice and over the years has provided psychiatric services to a wide range of populations at Orange County Behavioral Health Services, Traditions Behavioral Health, Adventist Health Central Valley General Hospital, Correctional Physicians Medical Group, West Anaheim Extended Care and Pacific Clinics.
